Leverage server features, empower users

Leverage server features, empower users and fire helpdesk.
Domino server can take care of database compact, database quota handling, and other house keeping tasks. Domino server's "program document" is a real nice way of scheduling such house keeping tasks.

Give your users author access to their person documents, so that they could change password themselves. If you have multiple servers for different offices then grant access to local servers only - to avoid save/replication conflicts.
